Paola de Piccoli

Paola De Piccoli has ten years experience in audit and competencies certification and certification of intellectual capital as an entrepreneur, manager and speaker. As administrator and partner in I.C.C. s.r.l. she develops methods of survey and certification of organisations’ Intellectual Capital.

Intellectual Capital Certification s.r.l. was established with the aim of providing certification services relative to reports on Intellectual Capital owned by organisations. The idea arose from a need to evaluate the correct identification of those resources that contribute to create the Intellectual Capital itself, including verification of the rationality and reliability of the data presented.

I.C.C. is accredited by SKA (Sveiby Knowledge Associates) and collaborates with 10 qualified auditors with ten years of experience in assessment, facing and examining in detail the problems which can emerge in different merchandise sectors.

Customers include A.N.P.A.S Comitato Regionale Piemonte, C.O. 118 Di Asti, and OMLAT spa.

I.C.C. has designed a method for evaluating the Intellectual Capital report which has, as its point of reference, process analysis and organisation science, including the use of guidelines (e.g. Danish Ministry, EU Meritum, etc.) and indicator monitoring instruments (e.g. IAM, etc.).

I.C.C. is part of the Proof of Value Network, and its affiliation with ARK Group. Paola participates in the Knowledge Advisory Center, part of Inside Knowledge (previously Knowledge Management).
